a quiet project about shared space, slow design, and creative exchange
reciproCITY is a concept I am gently piecing together—part urban exploration, part spatial storytelling. It's a speculative design project rooted in the idea that cities can be more generous, more handmade, more layered.
Inspired by adaptive reuse, the collage city, and my love of creative community, reciproCITY imagines micro-spaces that nurture connection and exchange. Think of it as a stitched-together patchwork of uses: studios, residencies, workshops, temporary dwellings—all woven into the underused fabric of our cities.
It’s about reciprocity, but also about slowness. Listening to place. Offering something back. Making space—literally and metaphorically—for others.
I’m exploring these ideas through case studies, collage, and creative writing. Over time, I hope to gather the threads into something tangible. For now, reciproCITY is a living notebook, stitched with curiosity.
