Developed from the earlier Pyrite spatial framework, the project translated an experimental single dwelling into a small multi-residential community within Subiaco.
The design investigated how angled forms, varied roof volumes, and interconnected courtyards could support both privacy and collective occupation.
Shared gardens and outdoor gathering spaces became central to the proposal, encouraging informal interaction between residents while allowing light, ventilation, and landscape to move deeply through the site.
Atmospheric studies focused on shadow, compression, material softness, and the shifting experience of communal space throughout the day.
